Florette--
For this mare, J C Brunk brought together Daniel Lambert lines, Old Vermont High Percent, and Knox Morgan.
Bred to Go Hawk, she produced the great Flyhawk.
She was dam of the very good producing mare, Annadale, bred by the Gov't Farm.
Also for the Gov't Farm, she produced Damsel (good dam for the Gov't Farm and for Bay State), and Fawn (dam of Lana who came west to the Waer's program).
She leaves quite the legacy.

Jana also combines the lines of Daniel Lambert, Knox Morgan, and some Old Vermont High Percent.
Her son, Buddy, sired some and also finished in the top 10 of the heavyweight division of the Vermont 100-Mile Ride in 1943, 1944, 1945 & 1946. He was said to be 5 Gaited.
