Jubilee King. (Part 1) The Morgan Horse Magazine. July 1984
This is a vastly important issue with some excellent articles included.
Today, I would say that perhaps most Morgans have at least one cross back to Jubilee King.

The Quest For Fun. (Funquest Morgans). The Morgan Horse Magazine. March 1978
This is a great article about a very important Morgan breeding program.
It is always a joy to see a Funquest Morgan in one of today's pedigrees.
The very last page here is the Funquest ad from that issue. For many years, Funquest had the full inside back cover.

Waseeka's Peter Piper. The Morgan Horse Magazine. June 1984
He had quite a lot of Lippitt and Old Vermont High Percent behind him, as well as some Brunk. His great grand sire, Starfire, is Western Working Family with a lot of Brunk behind it.
I remember him as a typey, little fellow with a lot of personality and energy.

Jubilee Alexandra. Western Livestock Journal. 1950
Lower from the AllBreed site
This 1944 mare, bred by Helen Brunk Greenwalt, came to California in Dec. 1944 to M/M Victor Daley of San Gabriel, CA. In May 1946, she went to M/M C M Deardorff of Santa Ana, CA. In February. 1963, she went to M/M William Williams, Santa Ana, Calif. (and the street listed as their address is a street I recall from my childhood growing up in that area! To think that there was a wonderful Morgan not so far from me at that time.)
This mare had a great, all Brunk pedigree.
She had no registered foals.
