Waseeka's Peter Piper. The Morgan Horse Magazine. June 1984

He had quite a lot of Lippitt and Old Vermont High Percent behind him, as well as some Brunk. His great grand sire, Starfire, is Western Working Family with a lot of Brunk behind it.
I remember him as a typey, little fellow with a lot of personality and energy.

Roanoke Abby Ashmore. The Morgan Horse Magazine. Jan-Feb 1978

Although technically a 1/2 Lippitt, she was 7/8th Lippitt in blood and then had another 1/16th as High Percent Old Vermont. The one outcross in her pedigree was the Brunk mare, Paragraph.
She has one very thin line to today.
Note the correct spelling of her name is Abby, without the e.

Orcland Bold Fox. The Morgan Horse Magazine. Jan-Feb 1978

Upper from TMH
Lower from the All Breed site
Neither photo really does him justice. He looked so much better in person.
He has a Gov't sire line but the rest of his pedigree is either High Percent Old Vermont or Lippitt.
He sired 101 get.
His son, General Crook, went to Oregon and sired for various breeders. (I saw him on a visit to Oregon. Good looking, typey, Morgan.)
A lot of his get were used in breeding.

Lippitt Pecos. The Morgan Horse Magazine. Jan-Feb 1978

Upper from TMH
Lower from the AllBreed site
Neither photo does him justice. In person he was so typey and handsome.
His dam was full Lippitt.
His sire was by Cornwallis (full Lippitt) and his dam was Gov't and Old Vermont (some of which was High Percent).
He was sold in the 1962 Lippitt Farm dispersal for $2500, a good price for a young horse at that time. He then came west to California.
He sired 89 get.
His son, Triton Dallas, sired for Apple Pi Morgans and there are descendants today.
Many of his daughters went on to become good producing mares.

He was sired by a son of Mansphyllis, the very good producing mare.
