His sire, Boblink, was inbred to Allen's Seneca Chief, being the result of breeding a son of that horse to a grand daughter of that same horse. Allen's Seneca Chief was bred by C E Allen, an early New York breeder. Behind Bobolink is some Gov't breeding but also Lippitt and some Old Vermont lines.
Ramona Moonglow is the dam of Super Chief. Bred by Richard Mears, she carries good California breeding.
