Ravenscroft Renown. and Rapidan Imperial. The Morgan Horse Magazine, June 1993
Sire of 11 get.
Sire of 31 get.
Valere Nimrod. The Morgan Horse Magazine, June 1993
He was 21/32nd Lippitt, which is a bit over 5/8th Lippitt.
There is some good Brunk in his pedigree also, along with a touch of Old Midwest and Western Working.
He had at least one daughter who bred on a ways.

Sierra Sonna Vermont. The Morgan Horse Magazine, May 1993
Upper photo from TMH
Lower photo from the AllBreed site
Note that she was the result of a sire to daughter cross.
She is a good example of a mare with some very nice conformation, and some not so good conformation, who went on to produce better than she herself was.

Far West Lippitt Admirers, Winter 1982
Presented here is another issue of my old Newsletter, which came before my larger and fancier publication, Classic Morgan Admirers.
As you can see, this was done on a plain electric typewriter, with a bottle of White-Out at readiness. This was also a cut-and-paste job with Glue Stick and sometimes Scotch Tape.
By today's standards, this is very primitive.
The photo on the first page was a photo sent to me from Ken Telford.
The second page was photocopies from back issues of The Morgan Horse Magazine.
Pages 3 - 7 were done with the Registry Volumes of the time which went up only to Vol. 14. There was some supplemental information from Lippitt Club sources.
Pages 8 & 9 were photo copies from a The Morgan Horse Magazine. Note the ads for Lippitt Raymond and Whippoorwill Duke. The article was by Mary Arnold who bred Morgans under her Arona prefix in New York.
The final page consists of 3 items of farm news.
Coffey's Choice was a well-bred mare who has descendants today.
Sue Fetter's Tyme was a Caven-Glo mare.
My Bay Lady and Dave's Serene were both Ember prefix horses and both were 3/4 Lippitts. Serene was our Big Mare at 15.2 hands.

Applevale Replica. The Morgan Horse Magazine, March 1993
Sire of 62 get.
The photographer's name on the photo was a California person, so this photo was taken when he was in Calif. and an aged stallion.
