L. Morman was the result of one of Robert Knight's rare outcrosses; his sire was Gov't and his dam was Lippitt, making him a 1/2 Lippitt.
In 1946, he won the Vermont 100 Mile Ride and was the first stallion to do so. Later he was sold to Merle Little of Calif.
He has some descendants today.
Senorita Morgan
She had a pure Western Working Family pedigree of Sellman, Elmer Brown, and Thornhill, all from Texas and Kansas.
She had some foals but very little bred on at all.
