Sea Gull. Western Livestock Journal, March 1938

Bred by Thos. Adams, MT, Sea Gull does have much Standardbred (or as was called back in the 1800's, Trotter) blood. But if one keeps playing with the pedigree, going back behind the obvious, there is a lot of Morgan back there also.
Sea Gull was sire of 20 registered get.
Some of his descendants--
--Sun Dust, great grand son of Sea Gull. Owned by Louise Bates, WA. He sired 77 get, many for Bates' Skagit prefix.
--Classy Boy had Sea Gull twice behind his dam. He had 22 get including Big Rock, and Classy's Pride who is behind T-Bone Morgans.
--Highwood L. was a grandson of Sea Gull. He sired for Skagit and also Lad of Bo-Dot.
--King Pine was a great grandson of Sea Gull. He sired Walker and Swanton suffix Morgans and others.
--There were others by Sea Gull who bred on a ways.
It was said that Sea Gull was 5 gaited.
