A nice Brunk pedigree with lots of crosses back to Daniel Lambert and some of the Old Vermont High Percent blood coming down through some of the mare lines.
He had 34 registered get with 17 having at least one foal of their own. Some of these are:
-Glendale, bred by J C Brunk while Pongee was still in the Midwest. Glendale sired Bonnie Jarnette, who was dam of Bonnie Flash and BonnieHaven. Glendale was also sire of Julie De Jarnette and June De Jarnette.
-Buttercup A, dam of Hacienda Buttercup.
-Geena, dam of Joeb who was dam of Joebie, dam of Bugle Ann, dam of the prolific Lady Bee.
-Herodona, another bred by J C Brunk, and dam of many who bred on, including Jolly Roger (Pineland Morgans in GA.), Varagraph, in California.
-Kitty Pongee, dam of Pico-Chief, and Hacienda Kitty, another prolific dam.
-Luetta, dam of Lulu Bell who was dam of Lulu Mae and Pearl E.
-Pantella, dam of Antellah sired by the Arabian Ansarish, and was dam of Gayler K.
-Pondette, dam of of Choice Mistress who was dam of Mistress Dollidawn, Mistress Merridawn.
-Pongata, dam of Piedmont Apache, sire of Sonoma, that good sire in Oregon.
Reba Ro, dam of Gingero.
-Red Dot, dam of the famous Redman.
Sunbeam Maid, dam of Piedmont Salome, Kemelm Morgan who was a good sire.
Sunshine Maid, dam of Piedmont Sunshine, and others.
The above are just the highlights. Many of his descendants were deemed good enough to be used in many different programs, but did not come down to the latter 20th Century or to today.
