Royal-Glo. TMH. Feb 1987

This was from the Greener Pastures section in Feb. 1987's The Morgan Horse Magazine.
Royal-Glo was sired by Emerald's Aristocrat. He was owned by the author of good training books and articles, Richard Young. He was of nearly pure Old Midwest Family, having only one cross to WWF in the 4th generation. He had two lines to Rhythm Lovely Lady who has been identified as the most likely source of the Splash gene that came down to Marvelous Intrigue who was out of Marvelous Legacy, by Marvelous Gem, out of Royal-Glo. Intrigue was a typey, handsome, correct Morgan in every sense. He has sired a large number of very good Morgans who are breeding on and proving themselves in various venues.
Royal-Glo's dam was Caven-Glo Saguaro, bred by that good horsewoman, Eve Oakley. Saguaro was by Eve's foundation sire, Cavendish, and out of the L U Sheep Co. of WY mare, La Reina.
