HVK Santana. The Morgan Horse Magazine, Dec. 1988

He has a pedigree with strong working Morgans. His sire, Beamington, is considered Brunk but he had much Western Working Family behind him. Beamington's dam, Ellen Bar, was from the Chilocco School's excellent program in Oklahoma. The dam of Mr. Breezy Cobra, sire of Beamington, Jenny Lake was from the L U Sheep Co.'s ranch program.
The dam of Santana, Equinox Georgianna, was from good Eastern breeding. Her sire, Don Again of Hanover, was one of the good Upwey Ben Don sons. The dam of Don Again of Hanover, Circe, was bred by Francis Bryant, who was breeding for good using Morgans in Vermont. Circe was by Jubilee's Courage, by Jubilee King. Jubilee's Courage was out of the very good producing mare, Townshend Lass, whose sire was the very handsome John A. Darling (full Lippitt) and her dam was from the High Percent Old Vermont lines. Circe's dam was the good producing mare, Belldale, sired by a Lippitt, and out of a Gov't bred mare who was out of the Brunk bred Florette.
Equinox Georgiana was out of the lovely Lippitt mare, Lippitt Ethan Georgia, another very good producer.
HVK Santana sired 122 registered get.
Many of his get went into breeding programs and there are lines to today.
