Stillwater Emelita.
Photo taken at the 1980 Lippitt Country Show by someone I have forgotten.
This lovely full Lippitt mare was the result of breeding together full brother and sister.
Sire--Moro Hills Adonis
Dam--Moro Hills Emelyn
Both her parents were proven breeding horses.
--Okan Sarah and Okan Valiant Lady go to Emelita on their bottom mare line.
--Kiva Cinnabar sired both full Lippitts and 1/2 Lippitts early this century; he is a grandson of Emelita.
--The Emelita daughter, Ryegate Ebonita, had foals for Border View, Josama, and Valley View.
--Emelita's son, Ryegate Zebediah, sired for Cantieglen, including Cantieglen Phoenix,, Cantieglen Naiad, Cantieglen Falchoin, Cantieglen Ebony. All these can be found in pedigrees of today.
--Stillwater Rosemary, Emelita's daughter, was the dam of Quietude Westward, Quietude Rosewood, Randallane Genesis, Rosemary's Baby, and more.
She was without doubt an influential mare.
